Michigan Mindfulness: Path to Presence is a supportive and loving spiritual community dedicated to mindfulness and meditation. Our central question, "Who Am I?," guides us as we engage in deep self-discovery through the power of the present moment. This is a safe, female-focused space, where we believe that exploring the core of our being and connecting with others on a similar path can bring profound peace and understanding.

MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment. MEDITATION

About the Founder
My name is Allison Jacobs
In May of 2024, I attended a 7-day silent meditation retreat that changed my life. For the first time in 22 years, I remembered who I truly am and saw the beauty of the pure present moment. This experience ignited a passion for daily meditation and self inquiry, which I now dedicate myself to wholeheartedly. Currently in graduate school at the University of Michigan, I am committed to fostering a spiritual community that embraces mindfulness and meditation. Through Michigan Mindfulness: Path to Presence, I aim to create a supportive space where women can explore their inner selves, share their journeys, and discover the transformative power of living in the present moment.
