OUR OFFERINGS
Michigan Mindfulness: Path to Presence is female-centered and loving spiritual community dedicated to mindfulness and meditation. We meet once a week in a peaceful park near U of Michigan’s campus, providing a nurturing, female, safe space for self-discovery and growth. Our meetings are designed to be fun and welcoming, complete with snacks, blankets, and pillows to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Each session includes guided meditation practices, mindfulness exercises, and open discussions, journaling, fostering new friendships and a sense of community.
